Join us for the first Georgia Drone Summit Oct. 20 & 21, 2017 at the Classic Center in downtown Athens, GA.

The Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia is teaming with a diverse group of partners—including CNN Aerial Imagery and Reporting (CNN AIR), Turner Entertainment, The Weather Channel, the National Press Photographers Association, and the New Media Institute—to convene this two-day program.

The Summit will gather the leading practitioners, manufacturers, technologists and educators involved with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) from Georgia and beyond. This two-day event will feature a festival-style showcase of innovative UAS projects along with panel discussions covering technology, business practices, legal issues and ethics as well as plenty of networking time.
